Easy weight loss tips for teenagers
1) Replace soda and sugary drinks with water.
Soda has no nutritional value and packs on empty calories. Teens as well as adults need to drink water every day to keep our digestive system healthy. Most people may drink a glass or water per day when in fact, they should be consuming about 8. In warmer climates and with vigorous exercise our bodies require more water. Teenagers should start by replacing one soda per day with a bottle of water. Then after a week, get rid of another soda. Gradually get down to where you might consider soda a treat you indulge in once per week. If you can’t get rid of soda, switch to diet pop. There are many debates on whether or not diet pop can help you lose weight, but if you are removing calories from the sugary pop, then it will have some effect on your weight. But overall, water is best. Water helps to flush excess fluid out of your body, while diet soda does not.
2) Exercise
