Perform resistance exercises. Resistance bands and exercises will help you tone and build muscle. Muscle burns fat, so we want to increase our muscles as much as possible. Besides, toned muscle looks really good in summer clothes! Buy a resistance band and use it often. You can take bands anywhere. If you are sitting at your desk, anchor it under your rear end and do some curls, or hold it in your hands and push on one end with your feet.
