This diet plan is definitely for the newbie who doesn’t know a lot about calories or weight loss. It lets you know why the latest fad diets don’t work and shows you how to trick your body into losing weight It tells you why low fat foods don’t help you lose weight.
You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.
Also, the book talks about why low calorie diets don’t work. Eating a diet extremely low in calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body’s fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight.
